Appearance
Dousen is a middle-aged man with dark hair kept in a chonmage hairstyle. He has two piercings on the lower side of his right ear and dons what appears to be a Kimono.
History
Dousen extorted vast amounts of money from all different regions at the expense of others. He climbed the ranks and gained success through bribery and payoffs.
During Night Raid's final mission, Najenda placed a high priority on his head and ordered for him to be dealt with extreme prejudice.
